30-minute class (Kriya to Balance Prana-Apana, Meditation for a Calm Heart). Note: you are on your hands and knees in the first exercise so visualize that if you need to be mindful of your wrists/arms.
35-minute class (Nabhi Kriya for Prana-Apana/Meditation for Constant Self-Authority). Note: this is a slightly more physical kriya.
