This 40-day “at home” challenge is specifically designed to help you establish a regular daily practice. You and I work together to choose meditation and/or yoga set (kriya) individually selected based on your specific situation, goals, physical ability, and daily time commitment. Based on the technology of Kundalini Yoga, your practice is simple, powerful, and effective.

How does it work?

  1. Complete the questionnaire below.
  2. We meet via Zoom for a 15 minute session to discuss your situation. Based on your answers, I select the perfect meditation/yoga set for your 40 day challenge. I send you a link to your meditation/yoga video. This is the practice you do for 40 consecutive days.
  3. I send you a link to an online log we share during the 40 days. You log your activity, and I track your progress on a daily basis. In this log, you can leave any notes you like–physical changes, technical questions, emotional observations.

Each 40 day challenge includes:

  • A questionnaire to determine your physical condition and lifestyle.
  • A kriya (yoga set) specifically selected for you and your goals
  • A meditation specifically selected for you
  • An online log for you to update daily. I monitor your log to check your progress, answer any questions, etc.

Cost: The full cost is $150 USD (or equivalent) per 40-day package. A sliding scale option is available for anyone who wants to do this program but can’t offer the full payment. This program is available to everyone who wants to do it.

40-Day Kundalini Yoga Program FAQ:

1. Are all the 40-day assignments the same?

No, I select a specific yoga set (kriya) and meditation for you based on your individual situation and your responses in the questionnaire.

2. Do I need to do the meditation and/or yoga set every day?

Yes, the 40 days is 40 consecutive days. I will offer a very short (3 minute) option for days you can’t do the full set, but I ask that you commit to at least 3 minutes a day.

3. I only have 10 minutes a day to dedicate to my daily practice. Can I still participate?

Absolutely. Our goal is to help you establish a daily practice. A daily practice can be as little as 3 minutes a day. The important thing is that you do something each day.

4. I am not in good physical shape. Can I still participate?

Yes! There are kriyas and meditations for all physical abilities.

5. Why Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a simple, powerful style of yoga accessible to all. The practice starts with the breath so if you can breathe, you can do this form of yoga.

Kundalini Yoga also strengthens your nervous system. The nervous system is a combination of the brain, the spinal cord, nerve endings, glands and internal organs. The term “nervous system” refers to the way these components work together to send information to and from the brain to the rest of the body.

In its most simple terms, it is the way the brain and the body work together. As a metaphor, you can think of the nervous system as container. If your container is a fragile, paper cup, you’ll feel easily overwhelmed, and life feels difficult. If your container is a strong, large metal bowl, you can handle the day-to-day stresses of life more easily, happily and smoothly.  This 40-day practice is designed to strengthen your nervous system.

I started the 40 day kundalini Yoga practice with Lynn at the beginning of July. As a Type 1, during the first week I could observe how I was preoccupied by getting the practice done correctly and being caught up in a lot of analysis about what everything meant.
