This week, we are featuring two sisters. The Dialyna sisters, Alexandra and Lydia, are the founders of Faro Creative Learning in Kolonaki–the same space that is hosting our talk “What Is Kundalini Yoga?” Sunday, January 29th. Learn more about them here!
Alexandra Dialyna

7) What you love about Athens or Greece in general: In Athens I love winter movie nights and after drinks in cute little bars, spring walks near Acropolis and Keramikos and summer open-space cinemas. What I love about Greece in general is its weather, the sun and the sea and the warmness of people.
8) Something most people don’t know about you: I feel very sensitive towards elderly people.
9) First time you tried Kundalini Yoga (where/when/with whom)? The first time I tried Kundalini Yoga was during my years in Drama School with Nelly Karra, owner and teacher of the school
10) Anything else you’d like us to know? I believe that most of the people, like most of the creatures in nature, need warmth and company. In “Fårö Creative Learning” my sister and I hope that those who come and join our classes, find new friends and relate with others by having as a starting point their love of a common thing. Hence, the learning experience becomes a happy and lively experience against the stereotype that knowledge is gained through a boring and quite passive process.
