What do you love about Greece? I love the cultural differences and mixture you can find in Athens. I also like the many art exhibits and performances available at any time here. I love the bright and warm sun, and of course the unique Greek islands, and the wild Greek mountains and nature.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you: I like to socialize and meet new people but at the same time I am introverted. I don’t open up easily most of the time and may seem reserved to myself at first. I always love learning and experiencing new things but at the same time do so cautiously.
Where we are most likely to find you in the community? I try to make it to most in person classes and will never forget my first Kundalini class on the Roof Deck!
First time you tried Kundalini Yoga? On the Acropolis Roof Deck with Lynn in the summer of 2019.
Tell us your top tip to combat climate change: Stop mass meat production and consumption. Switch consumers to electrical power only for all needs with eco-friendly and regulated means of production.
Anything else you’d like us to know? I’m really into studying and practicing yoga. I found my balance in many aspects of life while practicing. In 2020 I finished the 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher’s training program here in Athens. I am also very interested in photography, psychology, and philosophy and a tech lover! One of my dreams is building an online platform about Yoga and all Wellness related things. 🙂
